Hello firstly may we thank you for visiting our site.

We started trading in Villaricos in 2005 under the name of Woods Property Management (Spain), this was a rental agency offering many services such as key holding, apartment maintenance, laundry services etc.

It wasn’t long afterwards that several locals (Spanish) asked if we would sell their property for them which we were more than happy to do. This side of our business then grew at an outstanding rate and eventually took more and more of our time and in 2006 we changed our name to WPMS Inmobiliaria.

We still manage properties for various clients and due to our extended business activities we feel that we can offer a full and complete service to our entire client base whether they want to buy, sell, or rent on either long or short term.
